Performance and characteristics
  We adopt the electro-mechanical integral design with the attractive outline and convenient operation.
- The machine tool guide-ways use wear-resistant cast iron to implement secondary ageing and supersonic frequency quenching so as to enhance the smoothness of the machine tool movement.
- The supporting plate of machine tool goes through plastic lined  treatment so as to ensure the sound wear-ability and accurate durability.
- We use high precision ball screw assembly produced by the famous domestic factories for X and Z directional screws so as to increase the drive stability.

Application range
- Apart from all the functions of ordinary lathe, this machine tool can easily do turning to some
  complicated spares such as inner and outer spheres, wanton arcs, wanton tapers, metric and inch
  systems of threads and worm screws, multi-step axles, wanton cones etc.  It is equipped with  the
  complete S, T, M functions.  It can send out and receive.  The multiple signals in order to control the
  automatic machining flow.
